The Maritime Engineering and Environmental Studies Academy (MEESA) is a partnership between Old Dominion University and Newport News Public Schools. Based at the Brooks Crossing Innovation Lab, MEESA focuses on maritime and environmental studies, emphasizing experiential learning and community partnerships.
